Femme Flex began in a small apartment in Bangalore, with a board that folded against the wall and a founder who had twenty minutes between school drop-off and her first meeting of the day.

Nimrah Andaleeb spent years in corporate wellness programmes that assumed everyone had a gym membership, a personal trainer, and an hour to spare. She didn't. Neither did the women around her.

The Pilates Board was the first object — foldable, quiet, designed for the room you already have. Classes and membership followed, because practice without community rarely lasts.

Today, Femme Flex is an editorial wellness brand — not a fitness trend, not a pink dumbbell empire. We sell considered objects, structured practice, and letters from the studio. Our pink is dusty.
