Femme Flex began with a question: what if wellness lived in the room you already have?

The fitness industry built for men first, then adapted for women with pink equipment and aggressive copy. We refused both.

Pilates offers structure without spectacle. Breath before burn. Alignment before exhaustion. It suits the woman between school runs and board meetings.

The board was our first object — foldable, quiet, designed for Bangalore apartments and Mumbai flats alike. Classes followed because objects alone rarely change habits.
